By submitting my photos, video or testimonial via the RRF website or email, I hereby grant the REALTORS®  Relief  Foundation,  Inc.  (“RRF”),  its  officers,  directors,  employees,  agents, and affiliates, my irrevocable permission and consent to use any and all images, video, testimonials or other media, as submitted, including derivative works, alterations, and any reproductions thereof (collectively, the “Images”), under any legal condition, in any form in any media whatsoever, whether now known or hereafter created, throughout the world in perpetuity. I understand that no payment, royalties, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of RRF’s use of the Images.
I represent and warrant that:

• The Images are original images that have not been altered or reproduced in any form in any media whatsoever; and
• I am the sole and exclusive owner of the entire right, title, and interest in and to the Images, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein; and
• The Images do not, and use thereof as permitted herein will not, violate any law or regulation or infringe or otherwise any right of any third party.

I hereby release and discharge RRF, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, actions, suits or demands of any kind or nature whatsoever, in connection with the use of Images and the reproduction thereof. I understand and agree that RRF will now become the sole exclusive owner of all rights, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, in and to the Images in whole or in part, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, in any medium now known or hereafter developed, and to license others to so use them in any manner RRF may determine in its sole discretion, without any obligation to me. I hereby waive any right I may have to inspect and/or approve the use of the Images or any reproductions thereof by RRF.

I understand that this release is irrevocable, worldwide, and perpetual, and will be governed by the laws of the state of Illinois, excluding the law of conflicts.

I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age, having the full legal capacity to read and understand, and voluntarily sign this release.
